Kayonza Deaf-Blind School recently had the honor of hosting A Better World Canada, a dedicated supporter and partner of FHR, since its inception. The invaluable support and unwavering commitment from A Better World Canada have been instrumental in our mission to
empower individuals with disabilities through educational programs, vocational training, and community outreach.

FHR was overjoyed to welcome the A Better World Canada team to our school. Their presence was a testament to the enduring bond we share, and their visit exemplified the genuine impact of our collaborative efforts. Among the visitors, several individuals had come to meet the sponsored children they have supported, and it was a heartwarming reunion. These sponsors,
who have been with us from day one, were deeply moved to witness the transformation and progress of the students they’ve helped over the years.

For the sponsored students, the visit was an emotional and joyful occasion. Many of them had been communicating with their sponsors through letters, forming strong connections despite the geographical distance. Meeting their sponsors in person was a dream come true, and it reinforced the belief that they are not alone on their journey towards a brighter future.
A Better World Canada’s commitment to our cause and their visit to Kayonza Deaf-Blind School served as a powerful reminder that when we come together with a shared vision, we can truly create a community in which people with disabilities can grow their talents, share the love of God, and build a future full of opportunities.
